Charity Art Competition for children in Ealing

Raising money to help people
with Parkinson's Disease

Award-winning designer and artist, Soula Zavacopoulos, is organising an art competition in Ealing to raise money for people suffering from Parkinson’s Disease. This includes her Grandmother who recently was diagnosed with the disease and who has been a motivating force for Soula in organising this fundraising event.

The competition offers local young people with an artistic flair the chance to have their artworks professionally published as greeting cards as well as the chance to win a host of other exciting prizes.

The winning artworks will be exhibited at the PM Gallery from 10th December 2008 and will reflect a broad range of interpretations of the festive season and winter-time.

Entry Details:
Anyone who goes to school in Ealing and enjoys painting, drawing or photography may enter – art needn’t be your best subject, the aim is to have fun and to raise money for people suffering from Parkinson’s Disease.

The entry fee is £10 per artwork entered (you can enter as many artworks as you wish) and ALL profits will go to help people with Parkinson's Disease. Get an entry form from your art teacher (participating schools) or ask Soula for an entry form by telephoning her on: 020 8933 0122 or emailing her at: art@theLondonStudio.com

Prizes will be handed out at the Private View of the art exhibition in December.

Entry deadline: 24th November 2008.
